On 26th october 1995, at "Locanda del Principato", intervenes the prince Alberto Canepa di Castelcicala , wich names principalità the country with a parchment in prince's own hand and with the seal of his house....

It is an oenologic and gastronomic circle, wher "Slow Food" means to relish the life and with this aim on thuersday, on friday and on saturday the circle proposes for each evening a different "tasting menu".
Riccardo Ceccarelli, the promoter and the cook of the circle, will get ready tipical dishes of Umbrien and Tuscany and the guests can taste very good flavours, fowls, mushrooms and truffles and fish on friday.After dinner it will be possibile to taste ecologic grappa, the unforgettable "peperoncino" -a herbal product with "ardore and furore" and bitters of the legionary, but only for the most audacious guests.
